The amount of cancellation fee depends on when the trip is cancelled:

Cancellation Penalties Prior to Departure

95+ Days prior to trip: $500.
94-66 Days prior to trip: 50% of trip cost
65 Days or less prior to trip: 100% of trip cost

*Greece Trips WITH Cruise have the following Cancellation Penalties:
125+ Days prior to trip: $600
124-66 Days prior to trip: 50% of trip cost
65 Days or less prior to Trip: 100% of cost

*Registration Fees on all trips are non-refundable/non-transferable and do count towards the total trip price.

*Payment by credit card requires extra fees.

Passengers are responsible for making sure their passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond their trip dates.

Insurance

It is the passengers responsibility to get insurance if desired. We do make available coverage, but it is optional and strictly the choice and responsibility of the passenger to get insurance from us or other sources. All claims are between the passenger and the insurance company.

The Trip Price is a Group Rate based on a minimum of 26 paid passengers + estimated group airfare.

Final Payment is due 100 days before departure

All matters arising out of or relation to travel and pilgrimage trips are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of Missouri. You agree that all litigation arising from or relating to travel and pilgrimage trips will be filed in and decided by the Circuit Court of St. Charles County, Missouri. Furthermore the sole and entire maximum liability of Believers Travel, LLC, and your sole and exclusive remedy for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to a maximum of $3,000 USD.
